Data Collection
At Diplo Community, we collect information directly from you when you use our services. When required by law or when inquired on, we may let you know what information is being used and for what purpose. This includes the information you provide while creating an account, submitting content, and details obtained from your device for connectivity. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information necessary to identify you and provide a personalized and efficient user experience.
Data Usage
We utilize our collected information to deliver, understand, and improve our services and security. This includes maintaining a secure login process and using the data to customize your experience, provide relevant content and recommendations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance our platform’s overall functionality and performance. We may also analyze the data to gain insights into user preferences, trends, and behaviors to improve our services and security.
Data Sharing
We respect your privacy and do not share your private personal information with third parties except under strictly limited circumstances. Sharing your information with trusted service providers will be done to the limited extent necessary to fulfill specified services on our behalf. We ensure these service providers and partners are bound by strict confidentiality obligations, only deal with limited identified and required information, and comply with applicable privacy laws.
Data Storage and Transfer
Diplo Community operates globally, and as a result, your information may be stored and processed in the Netherlands or any other future location where we or our service providers maintain facilities. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to the possibility of transferring your information to countries outside of your residence.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Diplo Community may offer in-app purchases and subscription services. These transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, and we do not store or have access to your payment information. The handling of your payment information is subject to the privacy policies of the respective payment providers. When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to our services, certain information such as transaction details and subscription status may be collected and processed.

However, please note that no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security (i.e., electricity, data, connection issues, and the rare occasion of hacking).
